Jr. Designer

You should have at least 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or a related field along with a Bachelors/Masters degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field. Your major roles and responsibilities will include creating designs, concepts, and layouts based on visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography. You will be tasked with ensuring that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality. Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will work with various media types such as digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc. You should stay updated with emerging technologies in design and advertising. Participation in client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective is essential. Interpreting client's business needs, developing concepts to suit their purpose, obtaining approval of concepts through rough layouts and sketches, and developing design briefs through research are all part of the job. You should be able to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts while maintaining necessary design trackers to track work and ensure timely delivery from the design front. Required skills include proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, excellent design and artistic abilities, knowledge of other software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be beneficial. Great time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment are also necessary for this role.,
