Jr. design engineer

Role Overview: As a Design Engineer (Mechanical) / Trainer at ABC Trainings, you will play a crucial role in training working professionals and graduate students in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on training in various domains and industry-standard software applications necessary for success in the mechanical design and engineering industry. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions covering a wide range of domains, including CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), Product Design, Analysis, Vehicle Design, Electric Vehicle Design, Tools Design, DIE Design, and more. - Demonstrate expertise in industry-leading software tools like Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS, HyperMesh, AutoCAD, and other relevant applications. - Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design comprehensive and industry-relevant training modules. - Organize hands-on learning experiences, workshops, and practical projects to enhance participants" skills and knowledge. - Evaluate trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct assessments to ensure learning objectives are achieved. - Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Mechanical Engineering to offer real-world insights to trainees. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Proficiency in CAD, CAM, CAE software such as Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS, HyperMesh, and AutoCAD. - Prior experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
