Jr. Credit Control

As a Credit Officer/Credit Manager, your main responsibility will be to explore the eligibility based on the respective bank's policy and prepare credit Management Information System (MIS). Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Prepare eligibility Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) for all high-value loan proposals. - Create a one-pager note, specifically for high-value loan proposals. - Conduct Tele Personal Discussion (PD) or In-person PD with clients if necessary. - Prepare credit MIS. - Maintain and update all banks" policies and share the bullet points with all stakeholders. - Coordinate with Credit & Operations Head, Sales Coordinator, and Sales team to suggest the best-fit banker based on client needs. Qualifications and Skills: - Commerce graduate, MBA in finance, CA qualification would be an added advantage. - Strong command over financial ratios and understanding. - Assessment skills, particularly in Self-Employed profiles. - Age and salary are not barriers for the right candidate. - Ability to understand client needs, derive eligibility, and suggest the best-fit banker based on their policy.
