Jr. Coordinator - IT

As a Technical Support Specialist, your key role will involve maintaining comprehensive documentation and ERP entries of IT systems and inventory, from procurement to disposal. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on IT performance and system status to senior management. Monitoring and maintaining network security and connectivity will also be a part of your responsibilities. Implementing security protocols to safeguard data and network, backing up company data, and conducting regular security audits will be crucial for ensuring data protection and cybersecurity. In the sub-role of Technical Support, you will be providing first-line support to end-users for software, hardware, and network-related issues. Responding to help desk requests promptly and resolving technical issues efficiently will be essential. Additionally, assisting in the maintenance and management of servers, desktops, and network devices, as well as installing and configuring software applications for users, will be part of your daily tasks. Collaborating with IT team members to understand technology needs and providing project assistance by supporting project tasks, upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting will be important for the overall success of IT projects. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with a background in IT or a strong interest and knowledge of IT infrastructure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Help Desk Software, Basic Networking, IT Support Ticketing Systems, problem-solving skills, technical documentation, and customer service is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position.
