Jr. BIM Engineer - MEP

We are searching for a BIM - MEP professional with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handling international projects across various stages. In this role, you will be involved in managing MEP Disciplines and also gain exposure to Architecture/Structure/Interiors Coordination with MEP, Execution Planning (4D/5D Simulations), FM/COBie implementations, BIM Consulting, and Point cloud/Laser Scanning projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing Construction-oriented BIM models, conducting constructability analysis to predict clashes and identify potential safety hazards, managing and generating BIM models at different stages of Design, Execution, and Asset Management as per the BIM Execution Plan, creating Concept Design, GFC, and Shop Level Drawings through BIM-enabled software, coordinating with other disciplines for deliverables, involvement in consulting assignments to develop BIM Management Protocols, Execution plans, Collaboration Procedures, extending 3D models to 4D and 5D BIM, working on various software tools for design development, drawing generations, quantification, and project management, collaborating with the Techtures software team to create plugins for automation and interoperability, and supervising team members and managing projects efficiently. Preferred skills for this role include a strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit MEP, and Autodesk Navisworks, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal and team management skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, and the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
