The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of architectural projects, focusing on innovative solutions and sustainable practices. This full-time, office-based role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the field. Key Responsibilities Design Development : Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives. Project Coordination : Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and effective execution of project plans. Drafting and Modeling : Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software tools. Site Visits : Participate in site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any on-site challenges. Documentation : Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and correspondence. Software Proficiency : AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS-Office, Primavera Key Requirements Experience : 1-2 years of experience in architecture, ideally within the real estate sector. Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field. Professional Skills : Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail.
