Jr Arch/Interior Designer

As a Junior Architect (Project In-Charge) at Colonelz Constructions Pvt Ltd, your role will involve handling architectural and interior designing aspects of projects under the guidance of the Principal Designer. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the Principal Architect for project management - Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and estimates, designing construction documents, and writing building plans - Assisting the Principal Architect in site evaluation, quality checks, and design controls - Conducting site visits to ensure alignment with plans and quality standards - Collaborating with the production and dispatch department to explain designs and control manufacturing orders - Planning, ordering, and releasing materials as required - Coordinating with vendors for samples and meetings You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Architect, excluding any internship period.
