Jr. Accounts Assistant(1+ year Expr)

Company:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Purchase Entries: Record and verify all purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the financial system.
• Have a experience in GST preparation.
• Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and meticulous financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Invoicing & Documentation Oversight
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices in line with purchase order.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime.
• Banking Knowledge and bank related documentation preparation work preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
