Job Description

Minimum 1 year experience in journal/book project management
Exposure to full service end-to-end project management workflowsExperience in communicating with authors/editors.Manage the full service end-to-end project management workflows for assigned journal and/or book projects.Oversee all stages of the publishing process, from manuscript receipt to final publication.Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met consistently.Communicate effectively with authors and editors, providing updates, addressing queries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., editorial, production, marketing) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and quality.Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
