Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SQL Server Database Administrator with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database administration, performance optimization, and data analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Ensure database performance optimization and troubleshoot issues.
Analyze complex data sets to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Support ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data across systems.
Maintain and improve existing ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Document database processes, data flows, and architecture.
Perform regular database maintenance, backups, and recovery procedures.
Monitor and manage database performance and availability.
Roster support during weekends to support ETL runs and generate ad hoc reports to support incidents and product teams' analysis.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SQL Server database administration and performance optimization.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling.
