Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. Manage and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts. Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations for improving cost efficiency and profitability. Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes. Handle accounting queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with the company’s policies and regulatory standards. Manage financial documentation and ensure data integrity.
