The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced project manager who has a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level project initiatives. Someone, who is committed to exceeding customer expectations, consistently achieving outstanding outcomes, and actively enhancing our dynamic team, all with the goal of ensuring our customers' satisfaction. Objectives aligned to this role: Delivery management strategies, implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. What would you do? · Engage clients with Consultancy capacity, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. · Delivery Management encompassing from Requirement to Go-Live. · Utilize Agile methodologies (SCRUM & SAFe) to manage and deliver projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. · Apply Waterfall methodology where appropriate, ensuring thorough planning, execution, and monitoring of project phases. · Implement Hybrid project management approaches, combining elements of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to suit project requirements. · Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. · Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project progress. · Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. · Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders & project sponsors, ensuring clear communication and transparency. · Ensure compliance with Business Outcomes envisaged from the Project. · Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for project team members in alignment with individual and organizational growth objectives. Whom are you looking for: · Seven or more years of project management experience, with a strong background in both Agile (SCRUM and SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies (at least 4 years). · Preferred experience of implementing CRM and knowhow of Salesforce / Microsoft dynamics as add ons. · Experience managing Hybrid projects, combining elements of Agile and Waterfall approaches. · Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable. · PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus. · Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello etc. · Demonstrated technical expertise · Possess business analysis skills, and critical thinking abilities, adept at conflict resolution, and proficient in problem-solving. · Experience within the BFSI domain is advantageous but not mandatory. · Experience working in an international corporate environment, managing projects across different time zones and cultures and if required should be available to travel to client locations. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Bahasa is preferable for this role, both in written and verbal communication as they are essential for influencing and leading customer-facing interactions Academic qualification: · Engineering from a reputed college/ university OR bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
