Sonarys Co Brands Pvt Ltd is hiring for Cellar Supervisor for its luxurious retail wine shop. Cellar Supervisor will be responsible for : 1. Daily smooth operations of the shop 2. Inventory management of the wines 3. Maintaining current and accurate stock records 4. Ensuring the store environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked 5. Keeping precise operational records, including delivery and wine movement logs 6. Responsible for sales growth 7. Ensuring excellent customer service 8. Responsible for renew generation & sales growth of the shop 9. Handling sales transactions, including cash and card payments 10. Participating in wine tastings and promotional activities & coordination 11. Supporting and coordinating wine-related events on-site 12. Assisting customers with wine selections, offering recommendations, and providing wine information 13. Identifying and resolving operational issues to ensure efficient solutions 14. Supervising the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises at all times Prerequisites : Leadership & management Organizational skills Excellent communication skills Wine knowledge Well groomed & presentable Computer skills Problem solving & decision making Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 05/06/2025
