Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Reporting To: Factory Manager / Project Manager Job Summary: We are hiring a Vietnamese-speaking Translator to support verbal communication only between Indian and Vietnamese employees at our factories located in Chennai or Bangalore, India. The role involves assisting with real-time conversations during production, training, and team coordination using spoken Vietnamese and English. Key Responsibilities: • Provide verbal translation (Vietnamese English) between Indian and Vietnamese staff on the shop floor. • Assist during meetings, training sessions, shift briefings, and technical discussions. • Help Vietnamese workers understand daily instructions and tasks. • Support Indian staff in delivering job expectations, safety measures, and feedback. • Stay available during working hours on the factory floor for immediate communication support. • Ensure clear, respectful, and accurate verbal translation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Fluency in spoken Vietnamese and English. • Previous experience in verbal translation in a factory, production, or industrial setting is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment. Education: • No formal degree required, but excellent spoken Vietnamese and English skills are essential. Experience: • Minimum 1 year in a verbal interpreter/translator role, preferably in an industrial setup.
