(Mandatory skill) * Experience in visa counseling to assist students with their visa applications, ensuring compliance with international standards and requirements. (Mandatory skill) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and provide clarity to students. (Mandatory skill) * Adept at cold calling with a proven track record of reaching out to potential clients, enhancing engagement and interest in our consulting services. * Familiarity with CRM software to manage and track interactions with students, ensuring personalized and organized support is provided throughout their journey. * Sales acumen to understand the students requirements and offer educational solutions that align with their career aspirations. * Empathetic and patient listener who appreciates diverse perspectives and can build trustful relationships with students and parents. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to reach company targets and enhance student satisfaction. Roles And Responsibilities * Provide expert guidance to students concerning overseas education opportunities, helping them select suitable programs and institutions. * Assist students with visa processing, ensuring applications meet legal requirements and are submitted within deadlines. * Communicate effectively with students and their families to address queries, offering solutions and alternatives when needed. * Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain engagement and provide the necessary support. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, visa regulations, and institution offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice. * Utilize CRM tools to track student interactions, ensuring seamless communication and tailored support for each student's journey. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize new approaches in promoting our educational programs, enhancing our reach and impact. * Monitor student feedback to improve counseling services, aiming for continuous development and increased student satisfaction.
