Amma’s Pastries is a well-known bakery brand dedicated to providing high-quality cakes, pastries, and snacks. With a focus on excellent customer service and product quality, we are looking for a passionate and responsible Outlet Supervisor to lead our store operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth functioning Supervise and guide outlet staff including kitchen and sales team Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service Handle inventory, stock management, and coordinate with the central kitchen Manage staff schedules and daily duty roster Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are followed Attend to customer feedback and resolve any service issues Report sales and outlet performance to the Operations Manager Requirements: Previous experience as a supervisor in the food and beverage or retail sector preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to handle operational challenges and solve problems Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS handling) Good communication skills (Malayalam, English; Hindi is a plus) Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for growth within the company Staff meals and company benefits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
