Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Monitor the production process for efficiency and quality, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing training and support where necessary. Collaborate with the design and quality teams to implement process improvements and product enhancements. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
