Full job description Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Academic counsellor to join our Trivandrum branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and guiding them through the academic programs we offer. Counsel Prospective Students: Engage with potential candidates via calls, emails, and in-person interactions to understand their career goals and guide them toward the right courses. Convert Leads into Enrolments: Effectively follow up on leads and inquiries to achieve admission targets. Provide Expert Guidance: Clearly communicate course benefits, program details, and placement support to candidates. Maintain CRM Records: Track and update all candidate interactions and admissions progress. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and timely updates. Achieve Admission Goals: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrolment targets. Analyze : student transcripts and academic records to determine appropriate course selection.
