About the job: We are seeking a dynamic CSR & sponsorships specialist to join our team and lead the charge in building strategic corporate partnerships for our public development campaigns. This role is critical in securing funds, sponsorships, and in-kind support from corporations aligned with our social impact objectives, including community development, sustainability, and advocacy programs. You will be the bridge between the campaign and the corporate world, crafting compelling proposals, engaging CSR teams, and building long-term collaborations that drive societal change. Key responsibilities: 1. Sponsorships & Corporate Fundraising Identify, research, and engage with corporations and brands that have aligned CSR and sustainability goals. Develop tailored proposals and pitches that showcase the impact and alignment of campaign initiatives with corporate objectives. Secure financial and in-kind sponsorships for public development campaigns and events. Manage end-to-end sponsorship processes: prospecting, outreach, proposal writing, negotiations, agreement finalization, and reporting. 2. Partnership Development Build strong, long-term relationships with CSR heads, decision-makers, and sustainability teams within corporations. Represent the campaign at CSR forums, industry events, and networking platforms to foster new connections. Co-create impactful projects with corporate partners that align with their CSR goals and the campaign's objectives. 3. Campaign Integration & Communication Ensure corporate partners' visibility and branding across campaigns as per agreements. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to highlight partnerships across digital, print, and event platforms. Prepare partnership reports, impact assessments, and case studies for partners and stakeholders.
