Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas neat and presentable at all times. Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor passes when required. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and deliveries. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
