Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their spa experience. Consult with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and any specific concerns or medical conditions to tailor treatments accordingly. Provide detailed explanations of treatments, products, and services offered to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards. Administer spa treatments with skill and expertise, utilizing various techniques, products, and equipment to achieve optimal results. Maintain accurate and updated client records, including treatment notes, medical history, and any post-treatment recommendations or instructions. Uphold a high level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the spa, including equipment, linens, and treatment rooms. Keep abreast of industry trends, new techniques, and products, continuously expanding knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities. Assist in promoting spa services, including participating in marketing initiatives, providing input on service offerings, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the spa.
