Job Title: Plant Supervisor Company: Metamint Alloys India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Supa MIDC, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3–7 years in production supervision (preferably in metal/foundry industry) Industry: Aluminium Manufacturing / Metal Industry About Us: Metamint Alloys India Pvt. Ltd. is a new-age aluminium ingot manufacturing company with a strong foundation in the metal industry. Located in Supa MIDC, our plant is built to deliver high-quality recycled aluminium products with a focus on operational excellence and safety. We are seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production and ensure smooth and efficient operations on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities across melting, casting, and handling operations Coordinate with production planning team to achieve daily and monthly output targets Allocate tasks and manage workers, ensuring optimum use of manpower and machines Monitor quality control parameters and ensure compliance with safety protocols Maintain records of shift production, machine performance, and downtime Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance team for timely repairs Ensure proper material flow, from raw material unloading to finished goods dispatch Train workers on best practices and ensure discipline on the shop floor Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering 3–7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably foundry or metal-based units Strong understanding of industrial safety, plant operations, and quality standards Ability to manage teams and resolve on-ground issues promptly Familiar with production reporting, basic ERP/Tally, and MS Excel Physically fit, hands-on approach, and willingness to work in shifts if required What We Offer: Opportunity to lead operations at a modern aluminium plant Stable, long-term role with growth potential Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Accommodation facility (if required and available) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Supa, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Location: Supa, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
