Job Title: Telecaller — Outreach & Promotion (VR Experience Centre) Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Job Type: Full-time About Us We are a pioneering organization dedicated to bringing immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences to people from all walks of life, especially senior citizens. Our VR experience centre in Bhopal aims to provide joyful and memorable moments through advanced VR technology. Job Responsibilities Proactively call and communicate with old age homes, senior citizen communities, educational institutions, local businesses, and potential individual customers to introduce and promote our VR experience centre. Explain the benefits and unique offerings of the VR experience, encouraging group visits and partnerships. Build and maintain a database of contacts and regularly follow up to schedule visits or collaborations. Address inquiries and provide detailed information regarding facilities, programs, and pricing. Support the team in achieving monthly outreach and conversion targets. Maintain proper call records and daily activity reports. Key Requirements Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication ability is a plus. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage. Friendly, patient, and persuasive attitude. Ability to work independently and handle rejections positively. What We Offer Fixed monthly salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 depending on skills and experience.
