We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and supporting routine administrative duties in the office. This is a dual role that requires efficiency, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Maintain and update day-to-day accounts using Tally accounting software Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation Prepare financial statements, reports, and ledgers Assist in filing tax returns Coordinate with CA and auditors for monthly/quarterly/yearly closing Office Administration Duties: Maintain office records, documentation, and filing system Handle emails, phone calls, and routine correspondence Support management in day-to-day office operations Coordinate with other team members , courier partners and service providers Requirements: Proven work experience as an Accountant or Office Assistant Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally etc.) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and other tax regulations Good communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Trustworthy, responsible, and organized
