Job Title: Fitter – Welding (Outdoor Furniture) Department: Production / Manufacturing Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fitter with welding expertise to join our outdoor furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding metal components to create high-quality outdoor furniture products that meet design and durability standards. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Measure, cut, and fit metal components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Perform MIG/TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum as required. Assemble frames and structures for outdoor furniture such as chairs, tables, loungers, and benches. Ensure all welds and joints meet quality and safety standards. Conduct finishing tasks such as grinding, polishing, and surface preparation. Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure product accuracy and consistency. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
