Showroom MIS Executive

Job Title: Showroom Coordinator – MIS Reporting Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator with a strong background in MIS reporting to manage showroom operations and support sales and management with accurate reports. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain data accuracy, and provide insights through regular reporting. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups and service updates. Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, and walk-in data. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Track inventory, product movement, and order status. Support showroom displays, product arrangements, and stock visibility. Assist in basic administrative duties and ensure showroom upkeep. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline. Proven experience in showroom coordination or front office management. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in generating MIS reports. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
