We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented DTP Designer cum Graphic Designer to join our design and media team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and media editing tools, with a good sense of layout, typography, and visual aesthetics. Experience in designing print and digital media is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design and format brochures, flyers, banners, posters, packaging, and other marketing materials Create and edit graphics for social media, website, and digital promotions Develop DTP layouts for print publications, product labels, and reports Work closely with the marketing/content team to understand project requirements Handle revisions and adapt designs for various sizes and formats Edit images, adjust colors, and enhance visual appeal as needed Maintain brand consistency across all designs Manage and archive design files systematically Required Skills: Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Experience in DTP (Desktop Publishing) and pre-press file preparation Basic video or media editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects – preferred) Good sense of design, color combination, typography, and layout Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Familiarity with print requirements and file formats (CMYK, bleed, DPI, etc.) Creativity with a passion for design and visual storytelling Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, DTP, Multimedia, or a related field 0–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design/DTP work Strong portfolio of previous design work (to be shared at the time of interview)
