You will be responsible for operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery to manufacture high-precision mechanical spare parts. Your work plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and reliability of components that are often difficult to shape using manual or conventional methods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machines, a strong understanding of mechanical drawings, and the ability to accurately measure and inspect mechanical components. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to carry out tasks such as milling, drilling, and grinding of mechanical spares. Conduct test runs and first-piece inspections to ensure machines are producing parts to the required specifications. Inspect, measure, and verify finished spare parts using precision instruments, including micrometers, calipers, vernier scales, and gauges.
