Job Brief: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator specializing in Mechanical Spares to join our team. You will be responsible for operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery to manufacture high-precision mechanical spare parts. Your work plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and reliability of components that are often difficult to shape using manual or conventional methods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machines, a strong understanding of mechanical drawings, and the ability to accurately measure and inspect mechanical components. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to carry out tasks such as milling, drilling, and grinding of mechanical spares. Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for mechanical components. Program machine operations by translating design instructions into accurate CNC code. Conduct test runs and first-piece inspections to ensure machines are producing parts to the required specifications. Inspect, measure, and verify finished spare parts using precision instruments, including micrometers, calipers, vernier scales, and gauges. Ensure all components meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards. Monitor machine operations and perform routine maintenance checks. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
