About the Team The Debt Management team is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding dues from customers. Their role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing collection strategies across various channels to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow. The team focuses on balancing customer experience with recovery effectiveness by using data-driven insights, segmentation, and targeted action plans. About the Role We are looking for talented and self-driven individuals to join our dynamic Field Debt Management team. As a Field Debt Management Executive, you will play a key role in managing and recovering overdue payments from customers within our personal loans portfolio. This role involves visiting customers at their locations to ensure timely loan repayments, while maintaining professionalism and following compliance guidelines. What We Expect From You ● Follow-up with customers for recovery of overdue amounts through field visits to customer’s address ● Maintain fair collection practices while dealing with customers, adhering to the code of conduct & legal guidelines, in accordance with the SOPs provided by the company ● Start timely field visits in the morning and adhere to regulated timelines of 8AM - 7PM, performing the duty with utmost sincerity, dedication & integrity ● Ensure genuine and timely feedback is filled on App for each case, and update any new customer information on the App ● Ensure that the weekly/monthly collection target is met● Update the status of repayments and raise any on-ground issues to the field collection manager in a timely and cordial manner Must Haves ● Any education background ● 1 - 5 years of experience in collections ,sales or Field operations roles. ● Fluent and proficient in communication in the local language ● Take responsibility of effectiveness and timely completion of work ● Understanding of the Loan process and documents as informed in training ● Planning, organizing, and time management skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks/visits Inside Navi We are shaping the future of financial services for a billion Indians through products that are simple, accessible, and affordable. Responsibilities:For Legal Intern:Assisting in drafting legal notices, complaints, replies, petitions, and affidavits related to property disputes. Conducting legal research on property laws, RERA regulations, and consumer protection laws. Attending client meetings and preparing case summaries. Visiting courts, tribunals, and government offices for filing and follow-ups. Assisting seniors in preparation of arguments and case strategies. Maintaining case files and documentation. For Advocate (1-3 years PQE Preferred):Independently handling client briefings and case filings related to: RERA Complaints NCDRC / State / District Consumer Cases EOW Complaints Recovery and Possession Suits Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents. Representing clients before RERA Authorities, Consumer Forums, Courts, and Police Departments. Coordinating with clients and keeping them updated about case status. Preparing evidence, cross-examination, and final arguments. Managing compliance, limitation, and procedural aspects. Key Skills Required:Strong knowledge of RERA Act, Consumer Protection Act, Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, and Real Estate Laws. Legal drafting and research skills. Good communication and client handling skills. Ability to work independently under deadlines. Familiarity with court procedures and online filing portals. Qualification:For Intern: Pursuing LL.B. / Final Year / Recently Graduated. For Advocate: LL.B. with valid Sanad/Enrollment & 1-3 Years of Litigation Experience in Property Disputes preferred.
