Key Responsibilities: · Student Counseling: · Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and skills to recommend appropriate Digital Marketing courses and career paths. · Provide Course Information: · Clearly explain course structures, durations, schedules, and outcomes to students. Offer guidance on course selection to help students achieve their professional goals. · Lead Management: · Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into successful enrollments through consistent communication and support. · Admissions Support: · Assist in the entire admission process, including registration, documentation, and fee submission, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for students. · Career Counseling: · Provide expert advice on current industry trends, the benefits of certification, and job opportunities to help students understand how Digital Marketing courses can enhance their career prospects. · Student Relationship Management: · Maintain strong relationships with students by providing post-enrollment support and addressing any concerns or queries they may have. · Feedback Collection: · Actively gather feedback from students and report it to management to help enhance the course content, structure, and overall student experience. · Required Skills and Qualifications: · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. · Ability to build rapport with students and understand their learning needs. · Familiarity with career-oriented education, particularly in Digital Marketing. · A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong convincing and persuasive skills.
