The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance of plant assets and ensuring maximum uptime, optimal performance, and safety compliance. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical knowledge in solar PV systems and real-world field experience. Key Responsibilities: Should have worked on the maintenance of the following machines: Framing Machines, Sun Simulator, Laminator, Cell cutting machine, Post EL machine, Visual inspection machine, Lay-up machine, Jigu Machine, Pre EL machine. Maintain detailed reports for daily maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance tasks. Ensure the plant’s compliance with all electrical safety standards, OEM recommendations, and regulatory norms. Maintain and manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement requests.
