Lead and coordinate changeovers, startups, and shutdowns of machinery. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for timely preventive and corrective maintenance. Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and downtime reports. Train and guide machine operators to ensure optimal performance and adherence to SOPs. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other industry safety and quality regulations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are clean, calibrated, and operating within set parameters. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency and waste reduction. Communicate effectively with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
