Sharing knowledge, coming up with ideas, executing them like a team and having fun along the way :) 7. Scope for better pay and handling sensitive and front end tasks depending on aptitude and eagerness to learn Note: Every day the responsibilities can be varied and not limited to only designing to prevent monotony.
