About the Job Brillsense is seeking a proactive and engaging Academic Counselor to guide students through academic decisions, admissions support, and digital engagement. The counselor will be the face of Brillsense’s educational initiatives in Ratlam, helping students explore the right institutions and courses while actively managing communications across online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities:  Counsel students and parents about career and academic options suited to their goals.  Handle daily inquiries and maintain follow ups via calls, emails, and in person interactions.  Guide students through the admission and registration process for colleges and universities.  Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling notes, and follow up activities.  Coordinate with institutions for admissions, collaborations, and documentation.  Actively promote academic programs on digital platforms.  Provide timely reports on inquiries, conversions, and student feedback. Job Responsibilities: 1. Shall be responsible for Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Alarm systems (Ravel, Honeywell, NOTO Fire make) in Indian Railway stations in Ratlam Division of MP. 2. Ensuring implementation of safety norms for entire team working at all the railway station sites. 3. Proper closure and handing over of the project sites to the customer/end-user by signing Measurement Books (MB) from railway authorities. 4. Hands on experience in sourcing manpower and contractors required to execute the project site as and when needed. 5. Purchase/Procurement of material required at project sites as and when required. 6.
