Key Responsibilities: Shoot high-quality real-time videos during live events, indoor/outdoor sessions, and other on-site requirements. Edit long-form content (YouTube videos, tutorials, etc.) and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, social media clips) that align with current trends and brand aesthetics. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video campaigns. Ensure final video outputs meet the brand guidelines and are delivered within deadlines. Organize, manage, and maintain video files and project archives. Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and tools. Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment as needed. Requirements: Proven experience of at least 1 year in videography and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory . Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm. Ability to adapt to trending formats and styles on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Good understanding of camera operations, lighting, and basic audio setup. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools. Basic color grading and sound design experience. Photography skills.
