Product Knowledge and Sales: - Stay updated on the latest Ayurvedic products and treatments offered at the spa. - Educate guests about the benefits of various Ayurvedic treatments and products. - Promote and sell Ayurvedic products and spa packages to enhance the guest experience and achieve sales targets. Operational Duties: - Prepare treatment rooms with necessary equipment and products, ensuring everything is in good working condition. - Keep accurate records of treatments performed and products used. - Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Team Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with other spa staff, including receptionists and fellow therapists, to ensure smooth operation of the spa. - Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new treatments, products, and procedures. Qualifications: - Certification in Ayurvedic therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 2years of experience as an Ayurvedic therapist or in a similar role. - Proficiency in various Ayurvedic treatments and therapies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team environment. - Knowledge of health and safety standards in a spa setting. - Familiarity with herbal medicines and Ayurvedic dietary principles is a plus.
