Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage PMS in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure timely goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews. Conduct PMS training for managers and employees. Track performance data and prepare dashboards. Facilitate creation, alignment, and periodic review of KRAs & KPIs. Collaborate with department heads to ensure KPIs are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Maintain KRA/KPI tracking files (Excel/HRMS). Analyse KPI trends and support in performance improvement planning Identify training needs through TNI/TNA methods. Create and maintain an annual training calendar. Coordinate with internal/external trainers and track training effectiveness. Manage training budgets and ROI analysis. Plan and execute engagement activities across locations. Conduct regular feedback sessions and stay interviews. Drive wellness programs and internal communications. Organize recognition and team-building initiatives. Design and deploy employee satisfaction and engagement surveys. Analyse results and create actionable insights. Track progress on employee engagement initiatives based on survey feedback. Maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports (Excel/BI tools). Analyse HR metrics (attrition, training ROI, performance trends, etc.). Support in HR budgeting and variance analysis. KRA review on monthly basis Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure Initiative taker with ownership Excellent English Communication spoken and written. Advanced Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc. Strong knowledge of PMS and KRA/KPI frameworks. Ability to interpret and analyze HR data. Familiarity with LMS, HRMS, and performance systems. High attention to detail and time management. Tools/Tech Skills: Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
