Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and managing travel arrangements for clients and employees, ensuring seamless travel experiences while adhering to budgetary guidelines and company policies. Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation Assist in managing travel budgets and ensuring compliance with company policies Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to secure travel arrangements Provide timely updates and confirmations to travelers about their itineraries Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and manage reimbursement processes Help resolve any travel-related issues or changes that may arise Contribute to the development of travel policies and best practices Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a travel coordination or administrative role Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in using travel management software and tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience in the travel industry or familiarity with travel booking systems Knowledge of international travel regulations and requirements Fluency in a second language is a plus Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards collaboration A passion for travel and service excellence Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Raipur(O.F), Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Preferred) Work Location: In person
