Job Overview: We are calling for a professional Business Development Executive who has the hunger to learn, earn, and grow. The ideal candidate should have the ability to convince people, build a strong sales funnel, and generate revenue growth by achieving monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through strategic outreach via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Convert leads into sales and close deals efficiently. Develop and execute sales strategies to bring recurring revenue to the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Represent the company and promote the JustForPay platform to small merchants and shop owners. Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvement based on customer interaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently. Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions. Comfortable with using digital tools and communication platforms. Willingness to meet targets and earn performance-based incentives.
