Designation : E-Commerce Location : Delhi Experience : more than 5 years Reporting to : Head of Department Brand Name : French EssenceWorking Days : 6 Days(Only Intersted candidate should apply) Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Management: o Manage and nurture relationships with key e-commerce partners with Myntra. o Develop and execute joint business plans with these partners to achieve sales targets. 2. Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns on various e-commerce platforms. o Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analysis and reporting. o Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop effective campaign materials. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth: o Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across all e-commerce channels. o Identify new business opportunities and ensure maximum product visibility and availability. o Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 4. Brand Management: o Ensure brand consistency and enhance brand presence on all e-commerce platforms. o Collaborate with the brand team to align e-commerce strategies with overall brand goals. o Implement innovative strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. 5. Inventory Management: o Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels. o Forecast demand and manage stock replenishment to avoid stock outs and overstock situations. 6. Data Analysis & Reporting: o Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business strategies. o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights. o Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations for future strategies. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer service. o Ensure seamless execution of e-commerce operations and activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce account management, particularly with platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, and Nykaa. Proven track record of successfully running campaigns and managing brand presence on e-commerce platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
