Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Department: Accounts & Billing Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure our financial operations are accurate and efficient. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally Accounting Software and proficient in Microsoft Office tools , especially Excel and Word . Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records like Sale Bill, Purchase Bill, Cash & Bank Vouchers, Credit Note & Debit Notes using Tally ERP software. Process day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank entries, and journal entries. Prepare and maintain various financial reports, ledgers, and statements. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders. Collaborate with internal departments for accurate financial data. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records. Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial reporting, and spreadsheet creation. Draft and format financial documents in Microsoft Word as needed. Key Requirements: Education - No Bar 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting role preferred. Strong proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version) . Excellent command of Microsoft Office , especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and Word . Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with reconciliation and audit support. Working knowledge of inventory and payroll management in Tally. Good communication skills (written and verbal). You will be responsible for performing technical development and formulation of paint systems to support the achievement of our client's business goals and objectives. Based in a laboratory, and working closely with the internal technical teams, you will design, plan and conduct projects developing and improving new industrial paints formulations. Duties to include: * Work alongside the technical team to design, plan, and conduct projects developing and improving new paint formulations. * Provide support for factory scale up. * Develop understanding of technical challenges and develop solutions to overcome problems. * Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work area. * Work closely with colleagues in the laboratory team, ensuring that new products are tested to appropriate industry specifications and methods. The ideal candidate will have laboratory experience working with paints, and be educated with a Paint Tech degree.
