Position : School Admin Location : Gollamudipaadu, Ponnur, Andhra Pradesh – 522212 Reporting to : School Principal / Head of Operations Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily administrative operations of the school. Maintain accurate student and staff records (attendance, admissions, documentation). Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for smooth functioning. Handle procurement and inventory of school supplies and resources. Ensure timely submission of compliance documents and reports. Support payroll coordination, leave tracking, and HR documentation. Manage visitor entry, front desk operations, and parent queries. Coordinate with transport, housekeeping, and security teams. Assist with organizing school events, examinations, and meetings. Liaise with the central HR and Finance teams when required. Skills & Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline (preferably with administrative background). 2–8 years of experience in school or office administration. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Strong communication skills in English and Telugu. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Position : Principal Qualification : Master’s degree in any discipline (Education-related preferred). B.Ed. degree is mandatory. Location : Ponnur, Andhra Pradesh Roles and Responsibilities : Leadership and Administration : Lead and manage students, staff, and all activities of the school in adherence to state board norms. Formulate school policies, and growth strategies, and ensure adherence to academic and operational guidelines. Academic Excellence : Deliver high-quality scholastic and co-scholastic programs to students. Facilitate teacher training workshops to improve methodologies and curricula. Oversee the recruitment of teachers and staff to ensure adequate resourcing. Student and Staff Management : Maintain discipline and decorum in the school premises. Obtain feedback from students, parents, and teachers to address concerns promptly and take corrective action when required. Infrastructure and Resource Management : Set up and maintain facilities such as science, computer, and language labs and the school library. Oversee infrastructural maintenance and provide inputs for developmental projects to the management. Budget and Accounts Supervision : Monitor school budgets, accounts, and transportation to ensure financial efficiency. Prepare cost-effective budgets and guarantee optimal utilization of available resources. Community and Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact between the school, corporate offices in Bangalore, and local educational authorities such as BEO and DDPI. Communicate effectively with service providers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Safe and Peaceful Environment : Ensure a safe, healthy, and peaceful environment for students and staff. Additional Duties : Regularly review and update school operations to align with best practices. Promote co-curricular and extracurricular activities to foster holistic development. Experience : Experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school. Demonstrated ability to manage academic and operational aspects of a school efficiently. Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Familiarity with high-tech environments and educational software tools.
