Qualify and progress accounts through early sales stages by mapping buying intent, current stack, and transformation goals. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure message-market fit and refine outreach based on campaign data and feedback loops. Maintain clear documentation of all outreach and conversation data on CRM tools. Who You Are A proactive communicator and researcher with a keen interest in enterprise sales and marketing. Comfortable with ambiguity, driven by outcomes, and energized by the chase. Capable of quickly grasping how TurboHire solves complex hiring workflows and operational bottlenecks. Familiar with B2B SaaS and enterprise account structures. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. MBA or post-graduate diploma in Sales/Marketing/Management is a strong plus. 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, SDR, or inside sales role (preferably in SaaS).
