Key Responsibilities: 1. Shift Operations: Oversee and coordinate electrical maintenance activities during the shift, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely. 2. Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical equipment, such as troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. 3. Team Supervision: Supervise and guide a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure that electrical issues are addressed promptly. 5. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical problems, using specialized tools and techniques to diagnose and repair issues. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment history. Requirements: 1. Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 8-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role. 3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical principles, practices, and equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. 4. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team. 5. Communication Skills: With the ability to communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders. Working Conditions: 1. Shift Work: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Phalodi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Shift Incharge : 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
