You will work independently to develop world-class prototypes—wallets, belts, small goods—crafted with precision, elegance, and long-term durability. As the brand grows, you will also have the opportunity to lead and train a dedicated production team, shaping the quality and standards of the full manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sampling & Craftsmanship Handcraft high-end leather samples from start to finish—cutting, skiving, stitching, edge-finishing, and final assembly Maintain exceptional finishing standards with close attention to alignment, edge burnish, stitch uniformity, and internal structure Interpret ideas and convert them into functional, beautifully constructed samples with little to no supervision 2.
