The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a spinning environment and strong leadership skills to ensure smooth production, quality output, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily spinning production activities (Blowroom, Carding, Drawing, Simplex, Ring Frame, etc.) Ensure production targets are met as per planning with minimal downtime. Monitor machine performance and provide timely instructions to operators. Maintain quality standards throughout all spinning processes. Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for any production-related issues. Train and guide junior staff and machine operators for better efficiency. Maintain daily production reports and shift logs. Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize waste. Ensure implementation of safety procedures and company policies. Key Skills Required:Strong technical knowledge in spinning operations and machinery. Ability to lead and manage operator teams. Production planning and shift management. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Knowledge of quality standards in yarn production. Educational Qualification:Diploma / ITI in Textile Technology or related field.
