Job Description: As a Field Executive at Winntus Formwork Company, you will be responsible for representing the company in the field, engaging with clients, promoting our formwork solutions, and contributing to the overall sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Actively engage with construction site managers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to promote Winntus Formwork solutions. Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Winntus formwork products. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and building relationships with potential clients. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence by keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets as set by the sales management team. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams based on field observations and customer interactions. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely submission of field visit reports, client feedback, and other relevant documentation. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a field sales or business development role, preferably in the construction or formwork industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, formwork solutions, and related products. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure business agreements. Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
