Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily branch operations including gold loan processing, customer documentation, and data entry. Provide high-quality customer service, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate handling and storage of pledged gold articles. Support in loan disbursement, interest collection, and payment follow-ups. Maintain records of daily transactions and prepare branch reports. Promote and cross-sell financial products and services (e.g., insurance, money transfer, forex). Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC/AML regulations. Learn and adapt to new software systems and standard operating procedures. Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred); MBA is a plus. Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply). Age Limit: Usually between 21–27 years. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and regional language(s). Key Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic financial and analytical understanding. Attention to detail and integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
