The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures. Counsel students and parents regarding suitable academic programs based on their interests and qualifications. Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize lead generation. Resolve queries related to scholarships, placements, and course curriculum. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: Education: Graduate (Any discipline). A background in education/psychology/sales is a plus. Experience: 1-3 years in tele-counselling, customer support, or sales (preferably in education/edtech). Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Preferred: Familiarity with the Indian education system (schools/colleges/universities).
