Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh Company: OLF - An IRCTC-Authorized E-Catering Service Provider Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of company processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of Tally. The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating with customers, vendors, and partners, as well as onboarding new vendors to expand our service offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and support the e-catering process. - Customer & Vendor Communication: Maintain professional and clear communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with vendors to address needs and issues. - Vendor Onboarding: Identify and onboard new vendors to enhance our service portfolio, ensuring they meet company standards and IRCTC compliance. - Coordination with Partners: Act as a liaison between the company and partners, coordinating activities to ensure alignment with company objectives. - Data Management: Efficiently handle data entry, records, and transaction management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Documentation & Reporting: Generate reports, maintain documentation, and update operational records in Tally and Excel. - Problem Solving: Resolve any operational issues in coordination with relevant departments to ensure minimal disruptions. Required Skills and Qualifications:- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of Tally for accounting tasks. - Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and partners. - Experience: Prior experience in operations, customer service, or vendor management is an advantage. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify areas for operational improvement.
